My first bell peppers of the season began fruiting about a week ago, but haven't grown very big since. Anybody know how to tell when they've reached their peak and it's time to harvest? I don't want to give up on them and cut too soon, but then ag...

You should be able to. Strawberries love hot days with lots of sunlight. In fact, you'll have trouble growing them in any other condition.
