I doubt it. The sun dries them out too quickly. Heavy mulch helps. I had a few the past 3 years in the partial sun under a rose bush, in the most watered raised bed I have, and the last one appears to be dying this week. They were a novelty since pr…

You should be able to. Strawberries love hot days with lots of sunlight. In fact, you'll have trouble growing them in any other condition.

Well hmmm I believe personally myself it's to early. Have you amended your soil? Vegetables are heavy feeders and deplete the soil quickly. This has been my experience in Midland.

Hi there. Where do you have your tiger lilies planted? I hink I would be interested but I'm not sure they would handle my conditions. No wind block and lots of sun.
